Signing In

On your first visit to Soma Solis, you need to complete and sign a new member registration/waiver form. Please indicate any injuries or special health conditions that may require our attention. Also, tell your instructor about any injuries so they can make any necessary adjustments to your workout.

Purchase Policy

Each package is designed to support consistency in your practice and is valid for a specific period from the date of purchase. Sessions must be used within this timeframe. Expired sessions cannot be used, extended, or reinstated.

  • If you purchase another package of the same type before your current package expires, we may extend the original validity of your existing package proportionally. This does not apply to promotional packages, including the 3 Pack Trial Offer. Once sessions expire, they cannot be used or extended.
  • If you have purchased a package and are unable to attend your sessions due to illness, injury, or a major life change, you may request a package freeze once per calendar year, for up to 3 months from the date of the approved request. All freeze requests are subject to management approval.
  • Packages cannot be shared between different people. In exceptional circumstances, transfer requests may be reviewed once. Soma Solis reserves the right to approve or decline transfer requests at its discretion.
  • We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED for our products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of the relevant merchant service provider. Please review the merchant provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before completing any transaction.
  • Payment confirmation will be sent by email to the email address provided at the point of registration within 24 hours of successful payment processing. If confirmation is not received automatically, the client may contact Soma Solis to request a copy. The cardholder is responsible for retaining a copy of transaction records and Soma Solis’ policies and rules. Clients are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their membership account and payment details.
  • Classes, private sessions, and semi-private sessions are strictly non-refundable unless you are deemed medically unfit to participate in Pilates for the foreseeable future and provide a valid medical certificate. In approved medical refund cases, a refund may be issued for the package, less an AED 90 administrative fee to cover the processing, account adjustment, and administrative handling of the request.
  • In the event of a refund, any sessions already used will be calculated at the single-session rate.
  • Promotional or discounted offers, including the 3 Pack Trial Offer, are strictly non-refundable regardless of individual circumstances.
  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to Soma Solis’ Purchase Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Terms & Conditions.

Bookings

All in-studio classes and private sessions must be booked on the Soma Solis App or through our website. We welcome walk-in clients, but to ensure availability, we strongly advise booking in advance. You can make multiple standing bookings for as many active sessions as you have left on your package. Reservations can only be made with an active package, membership, or single drop-in class purchase. Unpaid reservations are not permitted. While we will always do our best to accommodate requests made via phone, email, or social media, availability cannot be guaranteed outside of our booking system.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancelling or rescheduling sessions must be done more than 6 hours prior to your group class and 24 hours prior to your private or semi-private session. We understand that life happens and unforeseen circumstances can arise; however, to remain fair and consistent for all clients, no exceptions will be made. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged as if the session was attended, and the class will be deducted from your package.

Door Policy

Out of consideration for the trainer and other clients, please arrive at the studio five minutes before the class starts. If you are late, we reserve the right to give your spot to those in the studio on the waitlist.

Personal Belongings

Soma Solis does not accept any responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to any items brought into the studio, and members do so at their own risk. Lockers are provided and we urge you to use them for clothes and personal belongings.

Mobile Phone Policy

Soma Solis is a space to disconnect in order to reconnect. We kindly ask that mobile phones remain on silent or airplane mode and are not used during sessions. To preserve a calm and focused environment for all, we invite you to step outside the studio should you need to take a call

Instructor Changes

Soma Solis reserves the right to change instructors or adjust the schedule when necessary.

Studio Cancellations & Schedule Changes

Soma Solis reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or adjust classes when necessary, including due to low attendance, instructor availability, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. If Soma Solis cancels a class, clients will be notified as early as possible and will not be charged. Any deducted session will be returned to the client’s package.

Studio Etiquette

We kindly ask that you arrive in clean training attire and help us care for the space and equipment throughout your session. Grip socks are required for all classes, supporting both hygiene and stability in your practice.

Studio Conduct

Soma Solis is a respectful shared space. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask a client to leave if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or affects the experience of others.

Photo & Video Etiquette

To respect the shared nature of the studio, we ask that any filming or photography is done with consideration for the privacy and comfort of others. Please avoid capturing other clients, instructors, or staff without their permission.

Photography, Video & Media Consent

I understand that photographs and video recordings may occasionally be taken within the Studio during classes, events, or sessions. I consent to Soma Solis Pilates Studio capturing group images or video recordings in which I may appear and using such content for marketing, promotional, social media, website, or educational purposes. If I prefer not to appear in such images, I understand that it is my responsibility to notify the Studio in writing prior to participation.

Age Requirement / Minor Participation

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to participate independently at Soma Solis.

If a participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the required registration and waiver form before participation. The parent or legal guardian accepts responsibility for the minor’s participation in all classes, sessions, and activities at Soma Solis Pilates Studio.

For minors, the parent or legal guardian also agrees to the studio’s policies, terms, and waiver on the minor’s behalf.

Client Communication

Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate and for checking emails related to bookings, waitlists, cancellations, and studio updates.

Acknowledgment

By booking, purchasing, or attending a session at Soma Solis, you confirm that you have read and understood our studio policies and agree to participate responsibly, within your own personal limits. I understand that Soma Solis’ policies may be updated from time to time, and that the latest version will be available on the Studio’s website and/or official booking platform.
