Yes! Reformer Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels. Our instructors guide you through each movement and offer modifications so beginners can exercise safely and confidently.
Absolutely. You don’t need to be flexible to start Pilates. In fact, regular Pilates practice helps improve flexibility, mobility, and range of motion over time.
Pilates focuses on core strength, posture, stability, and controlled movement. While traditional strength training often targets isolated muscle groups, Pilates trains the body as a whole, improving mobility, flexibility, and muscular balance. It’s the perfect complement to weight training and can help enhance performance while reducing the risk of injury.
Ideally at least 3 times a week. Your core will thank you, your posture will improve, and before you know it you’ll be standing a little taller and moving a lot better.

Bring comfortable workout clothes, grip socks, and a water bottle. We’ll handle the reformer, the workout, and the muscles you didn’t know you had.
We keep our classes cozy; just 6 beds max! That way, you get all the attention, corrections, and high-fives you deserve.
